驻荷兰使馆发言人就所谓“中国黑客对荷发动网络攻击”发表评论
据媒体报道，荷兰政府部门日前发布消息称，中国黑客组织对荷兰发动网络攻击。我馆发言人评论如下：
中国是网络安全的坚定维护者，同时也是黑客和网络攻击的最大受害国之一。中国政府坚决反对并依法打击任何形式的网络攻击，不允许任何国家或个人在中国境内或利用中国基础设施从事网络攻击等非法活动。
有关中国黑客组织对荷兰发动网络攻击的指责并无事实根据，中方对此坚决反对。
中方敦促荷方相关部门采取负责任态度，停止利用网络安全问题污蔑抹黑中国。网络安全是各国面临的共同挑战，中荷理应相向而行，加强对话合作，共同应对全球网络安全威胁。
Comments by the Spokesperson of the Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands on the so-called “Chinese hackers carry out cyberattack against the Netherlands”
It is reported that the relevant department of Dutch Government released news alleging that Chinese hackers carried out cyberattack against the Netherlands. The spokesperson of the Chinese Embassy in the Netherlands has the following comments:
China is a staunch defender of cyber security, and at the same time one of the biggest victims of hacker and cyber attacks. The Chinese government resolutely opposes and combats all forms of cyber attacks in accordance with the law, and will not allow any country or individual to engage in cyber attacks or other similar illegal activities within China’s territory or by utilizing China’s infrastructure.
The allegation about Chinese hackers carrying out cyberattack against the Netherlands is groundless, and China firmly opposes this.
China urges the relevant department of Netherlands to adopt a responsible attitude, stop smearing China by using cyber security issues. Cyber security is a common challenge faced by all countries, China and the Netherlands should work together to address this global threats through dialogue and cooperation.
